One video post promoting the app, previously known as Hustlers University, featured a boy purportedly aged 6 doing situps with his mother and claiming to make more money than his teachers. The app’s official website claims it is “a global community of like-minded individuals striving to acquire an abundance of wealth”, and its social media accounts are flooded with posts from users boasting of their success.

However, the app was recently removed from the Google Play store following a petition campaign by the law firm McCue Jury & Partners representing four British women accusing influencer Andrew Tate of sex trafficking and sexual assault. Apple has also been asked to remove the app from its store, with the firm’s clients reportedly concerned that by hosting RWP on its platform, it is directly funding and aiding Tate’s alleged criminal activities.

Despite the widespread availability of EHR portals, many studies report low usage rates. A number of studies have incorporated RE-AIM and other implementation frameworks to promote standard ways to report on patient engagement (ie, reach). However, most of these interventions focused on specific tasks (eg, advance care planning or cancer screening decision-making modules) delivered via existing portals. Future research should focus more on broader engagement programs that incorporate clinical support, and pay attention to the role of patient preferences, barriers, and enabling factors.
